Everything here also works by phone. The account just saves you the call.

  • Pay and check your council tax

    See your band, what you owe and when. Pay by card or set up a Direct Debit.

  • Get bin reminders

    A text or email the evening before each collection, for each bin.

  • Renew your permits

    We remind you 4 weeks before a permit ends. Renewing takes 3 minutes.

  • Report a problem

    Potholes, street lights, fly-tipping and missed bins, with a photo if you like.

  • Track what you reported

    See when it was booked and fixed, without calling to ask.

  • Change your details once

    Move house or change your number, and every service hears about it.

How to set up your account

It takes about 5 minutes. Have your latest council tax bill with you.

  1. Make your sign-in

    Use your email address and choose a password. We send a code to check it's you.

  2. Link your council tax

    Type the 8-digit account number from the top of your bill, like 40015 882.

  3. Add your address

    We use it to show your bin days and any permits at that address.

  4. Choose your reminders

    Texts, emails or none. You can change this any time.

Questions about the account

Do I need an account?

No. Everything also works without one, online or by phone. The account remembers your details so you don't have to type them each time.

Can someone manage it for me?

Yes. A family member or carer can make an account and link your council tax, with your permission. Call us and we'll set it up with you.

Is my information safe?

We keep it in the UK, never sell it, and only share it with the service you are using. You can delete your account at any time.

I forgot my password

Choose "Forgotten your password?" on the sign-in page. We'll email you a link that works for 1 hour.
